Leisure centres

The system allows you to add every single court, pitch or swimming session and allocate time slots and prices for each. Your clients can then see these time slots and simply book any that they wish, paying online and taking the whole process out of the hands of your overstretched receptionists.

UBOOK lets your clients see all the facilities you have available, as well as special offers and news via the scrolling messageboard. This, coupled with the fact that UBOOK is available to take your bookings 24/7, means that you are more likely to fill more sessions, increasing revenue and cutting staff costs.

You can see which clients have booked which facilities at any stage and can target them with an email blast to let them know about other activities or events that might interest them. Golf clubs

One of the most difficult things about running a golf club is juggling tee times. A member phones to provisionally book the 2.10pm slot on Saturday afternoon. Fine. He then goes off to call the rest of his ‘four’ but one of them can’t make it. In the meantime, another member calls to ask about Saturday afternoon tee times. You can’t give him the 2.10pm slot as the first member hasn’t come back to you. He then calls back and cancels and tries to book another time slot. Confused? You will be!

UBOOK removes the need for your staff to perform this tee-time juggling… Your members can now simply log-in and provisionally book times. They will then be automatically prompted to confirm and book (after a time lapse set by you) or the tee time will be freed back onto the system for booking by another member. All this happens automatically without any input from you. Members can also pay online (where appropriate) and the system will communicate with you when a tee time has been booked.

You can make certain tee times unavailable – if there is a competition, for example – and can let members know if there is golf club news or special offers, via the UBOOK email blast system or the easily-updatable scrolling messageboard.

Members can add their additional requirements (for a match, for example) and can book tee times weeks or months in advance with a few clicks of the mouse.
